It’s fun for everyone!
What you’ll make: You’ll build a small wooden box with real finger joints, a fitted lid, and your choice of decorative knob. Keep it as-is for a simply delightful container, or add a fresh flower arrangement inside for a swoon-worthy bloom box.
No experience needed—your instructor will guide you through every step.
What you’ll learn:
- Basic woodworking tools and safety
- How to build a wooden box using finger joints
- How to assemble the box
- Sanding and surface preparation
- Applying an oil finish
- Adding decorative hardware
- How to create a flower arrangement using floral foam
Prerequisite: None. Beginner-friendly.
We provide: All tools, materials, instruction, music, and great atmosphere. You just bring yourself, closed-toe shoes, and ready-to-make-something energy

Bloom Box: $64.99 per box
Optional Flower arrangement: Add-on +$19.99 per box
NOTE: Price is per box, not per person. Pairs are welcome to make one box together if they’d like.

Safety
Eye, hearing and dust protection are required in the machine room or when operating
machines in the bench room.
Long sleeves and loose-fitting clothing are not allowed around the power equipment.
Long hair must be pulled back and secured.
Closed-toe shoes are required. Open-toed shoes or sandals are not allowed.
Public health policy: Masks are optional, however, if you are exhibiting symptoms of
any contagious illness or if you have had a positive test for any contagious illness within
the past 5 days, please notify the school and do not attend class.
